The Umang app is a great helper for Indian users who wish to be able to access just about any of the services offered by the government. One of the lesser known features of this app, however, is the ability to access eCourts documents. Thanks to this feature, you can browse through all active cases in various courts across India. And if you are interested in old court documents, then you are in luck because the Umang app can also give you access to this data. If you are wondering how to use Umang to reach the eCourts services, then follow the steps below:
- Start by entering your login credentials in the Umang app.
- Either tap the ‘eCourts Services’ option or use the search field to find ‘eCourts.’
- Once the ‘eCourts Services’ menu is active, you will be able to choose one of the following options ‘CNR,’ ‘Case Status,’ ‘Case List,’ and ‘My Cases.’
- If you want to check a particular case, tap the ‘CNR’ button and enter the case number to access the available details.
